The CHD Team wanted to thank our wonderful clients for your continued patience as we endure significant delays in receiving shipments of items for our design projects and our retail stores. During our 40+ years in business, we have never experienced such extreme delays. Our team is working daily to ensure that orders continue to get pushed through as quickly as possible, but sometimes it just isn’t enough. We wanted to make sure that you all know how much we appreciate your kindness and grace during these difficult times. It can be hard to comprehend the dynamics of these delays – and trust us, we are also having a hard time grasping it – but we are grateful for your understanding. Please know that we are working hard to get things done quickly and efficiently, and we’re hopeful that this situation will clear sooner rather than later!
