At CHD, our slogan is “Our design tells your story,” and this space says it all! Our client lives in a house with all boys and wanted to have a space to host friends and embrace her girly side, so she had the idea to take-over a room and make it her own. Our team transformed the underutilized space into an upbeat “Ladies Lounge” perfect for hosting a big group of girlfriends.

We went with Thibaut brand wallpaper in a classic Greek key pattern with a fresh fuchsia colorway to brighten up the space. The window treatment panels are in a multi hue velvet.

These unique watercolor pillows are from up and coming textile designer, Laura Park.

One of our designers found these beautiful three drawer chests that feature white cerused finish with faux shagreen drawer fronts.

By adding more seating, the room instantly appeared larger and became a space more suitable for hosting guests, comfortably seating 7 or more people.

The objective was to fill the space with bright colors of blues and pinks, while also achieving an updated modern look with traditional flair, and CHD’s design team did just that!
